三痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察三痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎 (RA)临床疗效及作用机制。方法　5 9例RA分为治疗组 32例和对照组 2 7例 ,治疗组应用三痹汤治疗 ,对照组应用雷公藤多甙片为主治疗 ,2组均 2个月为 1个疗程 ,1个疗程后观察 2组止痛及消肿起效时间。结果　治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 87.5 %、66.7% ,2组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;2组止痛及消肿起效时间比较 ,治疗组明显短于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,关节疼痛复发率治疗组也短于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。Objective To observe the effect of Sanbi decoction on Rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 59 patients with Rheumatoid arthritis were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group  (n=32)  Sanbi decoction was carried on, and in control group  (n=27)  tripterygium wilfordii was utilized, with a therapeutic course of 60 days. Onset time of analgesia and repercussion was observed.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (87.5%) compared with those in control group (66.7%, P<0.01). Recurrent rate of arthralgia in treatment group was obvious lower than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Sanbi decoction can adjust and replenish lever and kidney, promote circulation of qi and the blood, remove pathogenic wind and dampness and remove blood stasis and activate the heart vessels. It could effectively treat rheumatoid arthritis.
