摘 要:目的 观察中汇川黄液对癫痫大鼠海马和大脑皮质糖皮质激素受体 (GR)的影响。方法 采用背部皮下注射美解眠方式致痫。应用免疫细胞化学方法观察并计数致痫大鼠海马和大脑皮质GR免疫阳性细胞数目的改变及中汇川黄液的影响。结果 急性致痫组大脑皮质、海马CA1区及齿状回GR阳性反应细胞数均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;慢性致痫组其GR阳性反应细胞数均显著高于对照组及急性致痫组 (P <0 .0 1 )。急性致痫组中药亚组GR阳性反应细胞数显著高于 0 .9%氯化钠注射液亚组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 GR的变化可能与癫痫发病有关。Objective To observe the effect of Zhonghuichuanhuang liquid (ZCL) on the level of glucocorticoid receptor (GR) in epileptogenic rat hippocampus and cerebral cortex. Methods The rat epilepsy model was reproduced by subcutaneous injecting megimide. The GR positive cell in epileptogenic rat hippocampus and cerebral cortex and the effect ZCL on the GR positive cells was observed with radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results The GR positive cell in cerebral cortex, hippocampus CA1 and dentate gyrus of acute epileptogenic group was significant lower than that of control group (P<0.001); Which of chronic epileptogenic group was significantly higher than that of control group and acute epileptogenic group (P<0.01) The GR positive cell in hippocampus CA1, dendate gyrus and cerebral cortex of herb subgroup was higher than that of salt subgroup in acute epileptogenic group (P<0.05). Conclusion The level of GR may associated with epileptic attack. ZCL may protect and regulate GR and may be regarded as a clinical antiepileptic.
