纺织浆料对环境的污染与对策建议

摘　　要：纺织品制造过程中的经纱上浆工序是纺织厂重要的污染源之一。这主要来源于两点 :一是浆料本身及生产浆料的过程 ,二是浆料使用后的退浆过程。探讨了生产和使用绿色浆料的重要性以及减少环境污染的途径 :研究可取代PVA的变性淀粉。Warp sizing processing of textile mill is one of the main pollution sources. Two points including the sizing agent & its production process and the desizing procedure after it was used are introduced. The importance of using green sizing agent and methods of reducing environmental pollution--exploiting modified starches that can substitute for PVA, developing multi compolymerization acrylic acid sizing agent and reutilizing PVA recycling technology are discussed.
