转杯纱单强CV值影响因素探讨

摘　　要：分析了不同用途转杯纱的单强CV值指标 ;原料配比、纱号与单强CV值的关系 ;转杯纺纱机分梳辊、纺杯等关键工艺部件对单强CV值的影响。单强CV值与条干CV值、粗节、细节、纱疵密切相关 ,是衡量转杯纱质量的重要指标 ;生产中应从工艺、设备方面改善转杯纱内外在质量 。Single fibre strength CV value of rotor yarns for different purposes are analyzed. The relationship between the ratio of material blending, yarn count and single fibre strength CV value, the influence of combing key parts such as combing roller,rotor of rotor spinning machine on strand strength CV value are discussed. The correlation between single fibre strength CV value and the twig, slugs, thin places, yarn faults is closely related. single fibre strength CV value is an important index of assessing rotor yarn quality. Processing and equipments should be controlled to perfect yarn quality and to reduce the single fibre strength CV value during production processing.
