摘　　要：经 1975～ 1993年的田间观察与有关文献资料考证 ,得出中国过去和现在没有烟草霜霉病(PeronosporatobacinaAdamandPeronosporanicotianaSpeg)的结论 ,对这个观点中、美等国同行专家已取得共识。还较系统介绍了烟草霜霉病的病症、病原菌及发病规律 。Based on the field observation from 1975 through 1993 and textual criticism of the relative literatures, It was concluded that there was no tobacco blue mold (Peronospora tobacina Adam and Peronospora nicotiana Speg) in China in the past or at present. The conclusion was a consensus of scientists in China, United States and others countries. The symptoms, pathogen of tobacco blue mold were systematically introduced and quarantine inspection and control methods were suggested.
