摘　　要：目的　探讨椎间盘切吸术在复杂性颈椎病治疗中应用的方法、疗效和可行性。方法　采用主要病变节段切除植骨加次要节段椎间盘切吸的方法 ,治疗多节段颈椎间盘突出症 2 4例 ;在单开门椎管扩大成形术或半椎板成形术的基础上 ,行后路径椎间盘穿刺切吸 ,治疗颈椎管狭窄合并椎间盘突出症 11例。结果　随访 6个月～ 3年 ,根据全国第二届颈椎病专题座谈会制定的标准 ,按 40分法评分 ,优 17例 ,良 13例 ,可 4例 ,无效 1例 ,优良率 85 7%。结论　应用椎间盘切吸术治疗多节段颈椎间盘突出症和颈椎管狭窄合并椎间盘突出症 ,具有减压彻底、对颈椎稳定结构破坏小的特点 ,能够取得较好的治疗效果。Objective To discuss the method,effectiveness and feasibility of incision and aspiration treatment for complicated cervical spondylosis.Methods 24 patients with complicated cervical spondylosis were treated with anterior discectomy and fusion in the main pathologic segments in addition to incision and aspiration of the lesion in the secondary segments;11 patients were treated with posterior incision and aspiration of the herniated intervertebral disc of the cervical spine after hemilaminectomy or unilateral open-door laminoplasty.Results All patients were followed up with an average period of 17 months,the excellent and good result were seen in 85 7%.Conclusion Application of incision and aspiration for the treatment of complicated cervical spondylosis is a procedure to decompress the cervical canal and simultaneously maintain the stability of the cervical spine;it demonstrated to be an effective way of management for the complicated cervical spondylosis.
