摘　　要：目的　探索治疗股骨髁上骨折的理想方法。方法　从 1996年 12月至今 ,采用交锁髓内钉经膝由髁间窝逆行闭合穿针治疗股骨髁上骨折共 2 4例。结果　 2 4例经平均 2 2 5个月的随访 ,2 3例骨折愈合 ,膝关节功能按Kolment评定标准 ,优良率 87 4 %。结论　逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折 ,内固定坚强 ,创伤小 ,骨折愈合快 ,可有效防止膝关节内外翻畸形。术后能早期膝关节活动 ,有利膝关节功能恢复。Objective To investigate the ideal treatment for supracondylar fracture of the femur.Methods Since December 1996,24 cases of supracondylar fracture of the femur were treated with intramedullary interlocking nail by closed insertion from intercondylar fossa of the knee.Results All the 24 cases were followed-up with an average period of 22 5 months.All the fractures united.And according to the Kolment scale,the excellent rate of the knee function was 87 4%.Conclusion Retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail has the advantage of less trauma,reliable fixation,high rate of fracture union.It is able to effectively prevent geno varus and valgus.It allows early movement of the knee after the operation,and is beneficial to the rehabilitation of the knee.
