摘　　要：目的研究联苯双酯衍生物的疏水参数logP与体内降酶活性之间的关系。 方法用HPLC法测定联苯双酯衍生物的疏水参数logP。 结果建立了logP与体内降酶活性的定量相关模型。 结论logP与体内降酶活性存在一定相关性 ,并也与其他理化参数有关。Aim Studying the relationship of logP and activity of lowering the level of syrum glutamic-pyrumic transaminase in vivo.Methods Hydrophobic parameter logP of 18 derivatives of γ-DDB was determined by HPLC.Results Quantitives structure-activity relationship equation was established.Conclusion There is certain correlation between logP and activity.
