摘  要:本文利用几种典型化合物的纯烃反应,研究了不同铼铂比的铂铼/氧化铝催化剂的活性、选择性、稳定性与抗硫性。结果表明,经充分预硫化的铂铼催化剂,铼/铂比增加,对正庚烷脱氢环化反应是不利的;但对于甲基环戊烷反应,铼/铂比增加抑制了开环反应,提高了环戊烷异构脱氢成苯的选择性。提高催化剂中的铼含量,使催化剂的稳定性变得更好,催化剂上的积炭量也随着减少。另一方面,脉冲硫中毒实验结果表明:铼铂比高的催化剂对硫更敏感;与硫接触时,其活性、芳烃产品选择性的下降幅度远大于低铼含量的催化剂。The study of the effects of rhenium content on the activity, selectivity, stability and anti-sulfur ability of Pt-Re/γ-Al_2O_3 reforming catalysts is presented. For the presulfurized Pt-Re/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst,the increase of rhenium content suppresses the dehydrocyclization of n-heptane to toluene but enhances the dehydrois omerization of MCP to benzene while the ring-open reaction is greatly lowered. Another remarkable effect of high rhenium is to slow down deactiviation and to reduce carbonaceous deposits accumulated on catalyst.The sulfur pulse-poisoning results show that the high rhenium catalyst is more susceptible to sulfur than the low rhenium catalyst. Among the reactions, dehydrocyclization of n-hexane is preferentially depressed. It is suggested that the synergic action of rhenium and sulfur is responsible for the different behavior of high and low rhenium reforming catalysts.
