摘　　要：介绍了信息加密、解密的基本概念 ,通过单钥和双钥 2种密码体制的比较 ,深入研究了双钥体制的特点 ,从而找出了双钥体制更能适应开放性网络系统的原因 ,并论证了 RSA算法的理论基础 ,给出了该算法具体的应用实例 .This paper introduces the basic conception of the encode and the discode and makes the comparison between the single key encoding system and the double key encoding system,studies the characters of the latter and finds out why it is more suitable to the open net system.This paper demonstrates the basic of the theory of RSA algorithm and cites some examples.
