2型糖尿病病人肿瘤坏死因子水平变化与胰岛素抵抗的关系

摘　　要：目的　研究 2型糖尿病病人血清肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)水平变化及与胰岛素抵抗 (IR)的关系。方法　采用氧化酶法、放免法和酶联免疫法分别测定 3 8例 2型糖尿病病人 (A组 )、2 1例正常健康人 (B组 )的空腹血糖 (FBG)、空腹胰岛素 (FINS)及血清TNF α值 ,并计算胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)。结果　A组FBG、FINS、TNF α水平较B组显著增高 ,而ISI较B组显著降低。结论　 2型糖尿病病人TNF α水平增高 ,且与胰岛素抵抗相关 ,可能参与Objective To investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the relationship between TNF α and insulin resistance(IR).Methods 38 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus(group A),21 healthy persons without type 2 diabetes mellitus(group B) were selected to compare fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting blood insulin(FINS) and serum TNF α by oxidase method,RIA and ELISA.Insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was also calculated.Results Analysis of variance revealed that FBG,FINS,TNF α were significantly higher while ISI lower in group A than those in group B.Conclusion In type 2 diabetes mellitus the level of TNF α increased and it was negatively correlated to ISI,which plays an important role in the development of the disease.
