摘　　要：目的　探讨非手术治疗外伤性肝破裂的效果和安全性。方法　对 1990年 6月至 2 0 0 0年 6月3 6例非手术治疗的病例进行回顾性分析。结果　本组非手术治疗的 3 6例病人全部痊愈出院。结论　外伤性肝破裂 ,正确的治疗方法是重要的 ,在保持血液动力学稳定的基础上 。Objective To study the effect and safety of non operative treatment of traumatic rupture of liver.Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with non operative management from June 1990 to June 2000 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 36 cases were cured without any complication.Conclusion Correct therapeutic method is important for traumatic rupture of liver.On the basis of keeping blood stream dynamics stable,selecting non operative method is safe and effective.
