血清IgE和粉螨特异性IgE在尿螨病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨IgE和粉螨特异性IgE在尿螨病诊断中的应用价值。 方法　用ELISA方法对 6 9例尿螨阳性病人进行血清总IgE、螨特异性IgE的检测。 结果　尿螨阳性病人血清总IgE及螨特异性IgE水平分别为 89± 2 2IU/ml、71± 2 2IU/ml,而正常对照组血清总IgE及螨特异性IgE水平分别为 35± 2 7IU/ml、2 9± 18IU/ml,两者相比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1～ 0 0 5 )。其中尿螨阳性轻度、中度、重度血清总IgE及螨特异性IgE水平分别为 82± 18IU/ml、95± 2 4IU/ml、10 6± 2 6IU/ml和 6 5± 19IU/ml、78± 2 4IU/ml、84±2 3IU/ml,相互比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　尿螨病病人血清总IgE和粉螨特异性IgE水平均明显增高 ,其病变程度与血清总IgE和粉螨特异性IgE水平似有一定关系。Objective In order to provide evidence of prevention and treatment of urinary acariasis,the clinical value of IgE,specific IgE of acaridae mites on the diagnosis of urinary acariasis was studied.Methods The total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum of the patients with urinary acariasis were detected by the method of ELISA.Results The average levels of the total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum of urinary acariasis were 89±22 IU/ml,71±22 IU/ml respectively.The average levels of the total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum of normal controls were 35±27 IU/ml,29±18 IU/ml respectively.There was high significantly difference between two groups(P<0.01～0.05).Among them,the average levels of the total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum of the patients with urinary acariasis in light,moderate,heavy were 82±18 IU/ml,95±24 IU/ml,106±26 IU/ml,65±19 IU/ml,78±24 IU/ml,84±23 IU/ml respectively.There was high significantly difference among three groups(P<0.01)Conclusion The average levels of the total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum of urinary acariasis were high obviously.It was seemed that the pathological process of urinary acariasis would be associated with the levels of the total IgE and specific IgE of acaridae mites in serum.
