升降汤对小鼠胃肠蠕动及胃肠激素的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药升降汤对胃肠蠕动的作用及对胃肠激素的影响。方法 :①观察小鼠用升降汤高、中、低剂量灌胃后碳素墨水在小肠的移动长度 ,并与蒸馏水灌胃对照组进行对比观察 ;②用放射免疫分析法同步测定升降汤灌胃 1 0d后 ,小鼠小肠组织胃动素和生长抑素水平。结果 :升降汤高、中、低剂量组碳素墨水在小鼠小肠的推进率分别为 ( 96 .1 6± 3.2 7) % ,( 94 .0 2± 3.4 5 ) % ,( 81 .4 2±5 .1 8) % ,对照组为 ( 5 9.2 6± 5 .2 4 ) % ;升降汤组与对照组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。升降汤高剂量组小肠湿组织胃动素为 ( 8.71± 1 .0 7)ng/g ,生长抑素为 ( 2 4 .0 7±2 .91 )ng/g;对照组分别为 ( 7.5 9± 0 .85 )ng/g ,( 30 .83± 3.6 9)ng/g,两组均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :升降汤可促进小鼠的胃肠蠕动 。Objective:To explore the effects of Shengjiang decoction(SJD) on gastrointestinal peristalsis and gastrointestinal hormones . Method : ①The peristalsis length of Chinese ink in small intestine of 30 mice were investigated after gastric infusion of high, middle and low dosage of SJD, compared with that of 10 mice with distilled water; ②By means of radioimmunoassay, the levels of motilin and somatostatin in small intestine tissue of 30 mice were investigated after a ten day course of gastric infusion of SJD, compared with that of 31 mice with distilled water .Result:The ratio of peristalsis length of Chinese ink to the total length of small intestine were (96.16±3.27)% ,(94.02±3.45)%,(81.42±5.18)% in the high, middle and low dosage of SJD group respectively,and( 59.26±5.24)% in control group(P<0.01,P<0.05); The levels of motilin were (8.71±1.07) ng/g and (7.56±0.85) ng/g (P<0.05),and the levels of somatostatin were (24.07±2.91) ng/g and (30.83±3.69) ng/g (P<0.01)in high dosage of SJD group and in control group,respectively.Conclusion: SJD can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis of mice ,increase the levels of motilin and decrease the levels of somatostatin in small intestine tissue of experimental mice.
