摘  要:目的 研究安装埋藏式起搏器的并发症变化与预防方法 ,总结低能量输出起搏的安全性。方法 对 10 0例 ( 114例次 )埋藏式起搏器进行登记随访 ,对比分析 ,时间以 1993年前后为界限。结果 使用双腔起搏器从 2 6 %上升到 6 7% ;置入途径经锁骨下静脉 ,从 44%上升到 86 % ;并发症起搏器裸露或合并感染 ,从 11%下降到 1.4% ;感知不良从零上升到 5 .4%。 10 0例中低能量输出起搏 45例占 5 0 % ,随访中观察起搏安全 ,设计的数据合理。结论 起搏技术进步的表现是使用双腔起搏器增多 ,经锁骨下静脉置入增多 ,感染和起搏器裸露减少 ,而感知不良增多 ,但均经程控恢复感知。低能量输出起搏 ,最低的输出电压心房为 1.0V ,心室为 1.6V ,脉宽为心房 0 .1ms ,心室 0 .0 6ms。Objective To investigate the complications and preventive measure for installing implantable pacemaker,and analyse the safety of low energy output pacing.Methods A follow up survey was carried out in 100 cases of implantable pacemaker by clinical examination,comparition and analysis.Results The usage of radio dual chamber pacemaker increased from 26% to 67%.Pacemaker implanted via the right subclavian vein increased from 44% to 86%,complications such as pacer bareness and infection decreased from 11% to 1.4%;abnormal apperception increased from 0 to 5.4%.The low energy output pacing was 45 cases (50%).The pacing was safe and designed data were reliable during the follwo up.Conclusion The advantages of pacing technology are as follows:the usage of radio dual chamber pacemaker increases;the pacemaker implanted via right subclavian vein increases;infection and pacer bareness decreases,but the apperception was recovered after programme controlled.In low energy output pacing,the lowest voltage is 1.6 V (ventricle),10 V (atria) and width pulse is 0.06 ms (ventricle),0.1 ms (atria).The application of programme controlling technology benifits most of the patients.
