摘　　要：目的　剖析肺结核临床特点与治疗管理状况 ,为四川省制定“十五”肺结核预防与控制规划提供有价值的参考。方法　对 2 0 0 0年四川省结核病流行病学抽样调查中 10 2例已知肺结核患者的调查资料进行分析。结果　①已知患者以男性青壮年为多 ;②具有传染性的排菌患者 64 1%发生在肺内有空洞和浸润、渗出病变的病例中 ;③ 91 2 %的患者首选就诊单位在非结防机构 ;④初治耐药率 2 5 %、复治耐药率 5 4 2 % ;⑤规则治疗病例占 2 5 8% ,中断、间断治疗病例达 74 2 % ,其中 5 2 8%的患者是因经济困难造成。结论　男性和青壮年是具生产劳动能力的人群 ,患病将给个人、家庭、社会带来严重的危害 ;排菌患者是肺结核控制的重点对象 ;经济困难是导致患者不规则治疗和耐药性产生的重要原因 ;Objective To provide the valuabe reference for drawing up the 'Tenth five year pulmonay Tuberculosis prevention and control programe'in Sichuan province by analysising clinical charateristic and treatment management condition.Methods We analysed the data of 102 pulmonary tuberculosis patients that were found in a random epidemiological survey for tuberculosis in 2000 in Sichuan province.Results ①The majority is young maturity male.②64 1% of bacteriological positive patients had cavity and active focus.③There were 91 2% patients who first sought medical services in non TB preventive agencies.④The drug resistance rate of the first treatment was 25%,and that of re treatment was 54 2%.⑤Only 25 8% of patients received regular treatment.There were 74 2% of treated patients who had interrupted or intermittent treatment,52 8% of which were due to financial problem.Conclusions Young maturity male is with high productive capacity,so their suffering from disease will do serious harm to their family and the society; the bacteriological positive patientis is an important target in pulmonary tubercnlosis control;the financial problem is the main reason that results in the patients irregular treatment and drug resistance;TB unite management should be enhanced.
