摘　　要：贫血是慢性肾衰竭 (CRF)的主要临床表现 ,中医可辨证为气血虚证、血虚证。本文就 CRF的血虚机制进行阐述 :脾虚血虚、肾虚血虚、血瘀血虚及现代医学认识 。Anemia is the major clinical manifestation of chronic renal failure. Based on syndrome differentiation of TCM,the disease is divided into deficiency of both qi and blood syndrome and blood deficiency syndrome. It is pointed out that spleen deficiency, kidney deficiency and blood stasis are the pathological mechanism of the disease.Studies in western medicine and treating approaches are also put forward.
