盐酸左旋氧氟沙星粉针剂体外配伍用药考察

摘　　要：采用薄层色谱及测定pH变化 ,对盐酸左旋氧氟沙星粉针剂在临床应用时所用的溶媒和常用配伍用药进行了体外考察。结果表明 :10 %葡萄糖注射液和 0 9%氯化钠注射液均为盐酸左旋氧氟沙星粉针剂的良好溶媒 ,且左旋氧氟沙星与多种药物配伍后 ,稳定性良好 ,薄层斑点数、斑点位置及 pH均未改变 ,为临床应用提供一定的依据。Using thin layer chromatography and determining pH alteration, the solvents and commonly co administrated drugs with levofloxacin were studied in vitro. The results showed that both 10% glucose injection and 0 9% sodium chloride injection were good solvents for levofloxacin. The stability was acceptable when levofloxacin hydrochloride for injection was used with some common drugs. The numbers and position of thin layer spots and pH value did not change. This experiment could provide evidences for clinical practice.
