63例老年人腰椎间盘突出症的特点及手术治疗

摘　　要：目的　研究老年腰椎间盘突出症的诊断与治疗特点 ,进一步提高对本病的诊治水平。方法　对年龄大于60岁以腰椎间盘突出症为主要症状的 63例手术病人的特点及手术体会进行回顾性总结分析。结果　手术优良率 88% ,无发现手术并发症。结论　老年人腰椎间盘突出症多合并有脊柱退变和其它慢性疾病 ,其特点及治疗与青壮年不同 ,术式的选择上要因人而异 ,经椎板开窗减压 ,配合有限椎管扩大或侧隐窝扩大 ,保留棘突椎板间扩大开窗减压等联合术式为主。Objective:This study annalyse the diagnosis and therapy of Lumbar Intervertebra Discs Protrusion In Old People and improve the diagnosis and therapy of the disease.Methods:The study was performed on a group of 63 patients over 60 year old,who underwent surgery for Lumbar Intervertebra Discs Protrusion,retrospectively ananlyse the diagnosis and treatment.Results:the ratio of excellent operation is 88%,and there is no complication foounded.Conclusions:Old People with Lumbar Intervertebra Discs Protrusion always have involutional spinal column and other chronic disease,the diagnosis and treatment is different from young people.So the pattern of operation is personality.Discetomy,Canal or lateral canal decompression,Spinous Process Retention and Augmentation between Lamina of Vertebra and Decompression by fenestration and other Assiociation operation manners are main manners of operation.
