应用CL-Ⅰ型机械瓣行瓣膜置换21例分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨 CL- 型人工心脏瓣膜在瓣膜置换术中的应用。方法　以 CL- 型人工心脏瓣膜行保留后瓣的二尖瓣置换、主动脉瓣置换手术。结果　 2 1例 MVR,2例 DVR无围术期及晚期死亡。术后心功能明显改善达 、 级 ,无瓣叶血栓、溶血、卡瓣、细菌性心内膜炎等相关并发症。结论　 CL - 型人工瓣膜的外科应用证明其组织相容性好 ,尤其适合在经济欠发达地区推广应用 。Objective:To study the application of CL Ⅰ prosthetic valves in the treatment of rheumatic valvular disease.Methods:To perform mitral and aortic valve replacement operations with use of CL Ⅰ prosthetic valves under hypothermic CPB.Results:MVR with preserved posterior leaflet in 21 patients,MVR+AVR in 2 patients No perioperative and late death.Follow up was carried on for half to 2 years.Cardiac function got obvious improvement to NYHA class Ⅱ Ⅰ.No complications of valve thrombus,haemolysis,obstruction of valve leaflet and SBE were observed.Conclusion:CL Ⅰ prosthetic valves can be safely applicated in valvular surgery with good tissue compatibility.These valves were specially suitable for patients from economic underdevelopment area.It is of good social benifits to applicat this kind valves.
