摘　　要：目的MED椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用。方法 :用MED对 ,4 1个间隙腰椎间盘突出症病人行髓核摘除和神经根扩大手术进行回顾总结。结果 :4 0例 ,随访 3- 8月。结论 :MED手术只有创伤小 ,恢复快 ,效果好优点 。Objective:Clinical application of microendoscopic discectomy (MED) for treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methed:MED was used to remove the nucleus and amplify the nerve root canal.Results:Froty cases were followed for 3-9 months.Conclusion:The MED possesses advantages of lesstrauma,early recovey and exccellent effective.The MED can be used to treat up most types of lumbar disc herniation and narrowed nerve root canal.
