岭澳MSR国产化制造中的质量管理

摘　　要：汽水分离再热器 (MSR)是核电站常规岛中较复杂的设备 ,它的技术含量高、制造难度大 ,一般均在国外制造。岭澳MSR是我国核电站中此类产品首次在国内制造的产品 ,它的产成标志着压水堆核电站常规岛的国产化水平有了较大幅度的提高。本文介绍了MSR在国产化制造中整个项目的质量管理模式、方法及一些成败的经验 ,供有关人员参考。Moisture Separator Reheater (MSR) is a complicated equipment in conventional island of a nuclear power station , it is made in abroad because it contains high technology and difficult manufacturing . Ling'ao MSR which is made in China is the first time of Chinese nuclear power station for such type products . Its successful manufacturing is a symbol of a improvement of nationlized level for conventional island of pressurized water reactor nuclear power station . This paper introduces the quality management model , methods and some experience of success or failure of the whole project during the nationlized manufacturing of MSR .It is useful for reference and drawing lessons for the people who will concern it .
