摘　　要：新型钢管燃气辊底式连续热处理炉 ,采用了多项国内外先进技术 ,可以完成各种合金钢管正火、回火(炉辊摆动 )热处理新工艺。介绍了DCS计算机全过程自动控制系统、温度控制系统、燃烧控制系统。In the new type natural gas steel piping roller hearth continuous heat treating furnace we adopt a serious of advanced technology of the world. It can realize new heat treating technique, such as normalizing? tempering (hearth roller swing) etc. for many kinds of alloy steel piping. The paper mainly introduces the DCS computer automatic control all process, temperature control system, burning control system and mechanical driving system.
