摘  要:本文利用扫描电镜 (SEM)、X射线衍射 (XRD)及销环式磨损试验等研究了在 2Cr13马氏体不锈钢注聚泵阀材料上激光熔覆Ni合金熔覆层的熔覆处理工艺对涂层组织和耐干滑动摩擦磨损性能的影响。Ni合金熔覆层由γ -Ni,Ni3B ,CrB ,M7C3和γ - (Ni,Fe)相组成 ,硬质硼化物、碳化物相的存在提高了涂层硬度 ,而涂层硬度最大值对应于最佳的激光扫描速度。激光熔覆Ni合金涂层可明显改善The effect of cladding technology on microstructure of the coatings and dry sliding wear behavior of laser clad Ni-based alloy on the materials of 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel used as the polymer-injecting pump valves have been investigated by means of scanning electronic microscope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and pin on ring wear test.The Ni alloy coating consists of γ-Ni,Ni 3B,CrB,M 7C 3 and γ-(Ni,Fe)phases.The existence of hard borids and carbides increases hardness of the coatings.A maximum hardness value is corresponding with an optimum laser scanning speed.A significant improvement in dry sliding wear properties can be obtained by laser cladding Ni-based alloy or 2Cr13 stainless steel substrate.
