摘  要:色灯信号机是铁路信号的重要基础设备。其发出的行车指令直接影响铁路运输安全和效率。近 5 0年来我国铁路色灯信号机光系统没有根本改进。本文介绍了为适应提速线路色灯信号显示的需求 ,首次成功运用菲涅尔透镜移轴设计新技术及AUTOCAD高效方法设计制造的《AG型透镜式铁路色灯信号机光系统》科研新成果。它是由组合焦距短、阶梯对应好 ,有效孔径大的AT型菲涅尔透镜组及灯丝形状好 ,发光效率高 ,光分布合理的G型信号光源组成。室内测试及现场试验表明该系统安全可靠无幻显 ,扁形灯丝与透镜组焦散圆匹配合理 ,光源利用率高 ,灯光显示距离远。Color light signal is the fundamental equipments of railway signaling system. The command signals they send out directly affect the safety and efficiency of railway transportations. There is little improvement in railway color signal optical system in the past 50 years. This paper introduces a new research result, AG-type lens railway color signals optical system. The new system is developed for the need of color signals for raising train speed. It is the first to apply the new technology, Frenel lens un common axis design and AUTO CAD high efficiency method successfully. This system consists of Frenel lens and G type signal light source .The Frenel lens have short composite focal distance, good corresponding stairs, wide effective aperture. The G type signal light source has good filament shape, high luminous efficiency and rational luminous flux distribution. Both lab and site tests indicate that this system is safe and reliable, without mis indication, the flat filament shape well matches the lens group′s focal circular. It also has high utilization of light source and long distance of lighting indication. This system has good prospective application.
