摘 要:汽轮机控制系统一个很重要的方面是防止汽轮机超速,现代化大型机组普遍具有电超速保护控制系统(OPC—Over-speed Protection Control)。机组甩负荷后转子的飞升特性是由调节系统和OPC共同作用的结果。文章论述国内外几种典型机组实现数字电液控制(DEH—Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control)OPC的基本原理及其技术特色。认为OPC的快速性、可靠性及其与调节系统的协调性是抑制超速并快速将转速稳定在同步转速继续接带负荷的关键,并推荐在机组大修后应测量发电机断路器跳闸回路的动作时间,使之成为一个例行试验。One very important function of turbine set control system is to prevent over-speed carried out by over-speedprotection control system (OPC), of which modern large size turbine units are generally possessed. Turbine rotor raisingcharacter while load shedding is resulted in governor system and over-speed protection control system together. In thispaper, some realizing basic principles and technology features of over-speed control system in kinds of domestic andoversea representative units' Digital Electro-Hydraulic control (DEH) are summarized and discoursed upon. The keymeasures to restrain turbine set over-speeding, then stabilize on no load running synchronization speed rapidly to recep-tion load are determined on rapidity and reliability of an OPC system, and its coordination with governor system. Aroutine testing to measure the time between main breaker circuit trip from grid to governor closed to no load positioneach time after unit overhaul is recommended in the paper.
