免投堵塞器恒流量偏心配水器的研制

摘　　要：　固定配水器、活动空心配水器、偏心配水器和液力投捞封隔配水器均存在各自的缺陷，不能很好满足分层注水的需要。鉴于此，胜利油田有限公司临盘采油厂工艺所研制了一种免投堵塞器恒流量偏心配水器。这种配水器主要用于井径为１２１～１２４ｍｍ和１５７～１６０ｍｍ的多级细分注水，不需要投死水嘴，即可确保封隔器坐封；可进行多级分层注水，并能验证管柱的密封性。各水层的水嘴一次性随管柱入井，其配水量可在３～３５ＭＰａ的波动压差下，实现１０、１５、２０、２５、３０、３５…３００ｍ３／ｄ的恒流量，不需要反复投捞水嘴，即可达到地质配注要求。配水器测试方便，有效期为１年以上。A constant-flow eccentric water regulator for separated layer water injection is developed in the light of the shortcomings of the commonly used water regulators. This regulator is mainly used for multi-stage separated layer water injection of wells with diameter of 121～424mm and 157～l60mm The packer can be set without running and pulling blanking plug. The water nozzles are lowered into the well along with the injection string. And constant water flowing can be realized at a pressure differential of 3-35MPa.
