摘　　要：为了对新出厂的单螺杆抽油泵进行快速科学有效的测试，研制了螺杆抽油泵试验台，该试验台由主机、液路系统、电气控制系统及数据采集处理系统等部分组成，可对压力、排量。转速、扭矩、进出口温度及效率等多项性能参数进行自动检测，并自动打印出数据和绘制被测试螺杆抽油泵的特性曲线。一年多的使用表明，该试验台省时、省力，自动化程度高，测试效率和可靠性高，是目前较理想的单螺杆抽油泵测试设备。In order to test the single screw pump scientifically and effectively, a new test unit for the pump is developed. The test unit consists of main engine, fluid circuit system, electrical system and data acquisition system. Several performance parameters such as pressure, displacement, torque, temperature and efficiency can be detected automatically. Relevant data can be printed and pump characteristic curve can be drawn. The structure and the function of the test unit are introduced. Application shows that the test unit has high efficiency and accuracy, and is an ideal apparatus for testing the single screw pump.
