带护罩电动潜油泵机组的研究与应用

摘　　要：　带护罩电动潜油泵机组的护罩是电潜泵应用工艺中保护潜油电动机正常运移的一种装置。它将离心泵吸入口、电动机保护器和潜油电动机罩于其内，迫使油井液和井口注入液从护罩下端流经潜油电动机进入离心泵吸入口，有利于冷却潜油电动机并降低原油粘度，从而提高电潜泵机组的运转寿命。试验证明：（１）带护罩电潜泵机组配合地面掺水工艺，可以在日产液量小于３０ｍ３、原油粘度达１０００ｍＰａ·ｓ的低产稠油井中应用；（２）将该泵组下到生产层位以下，可在气液比为 ４００ｍ３／ｔ的井中连续正常运转；（３）可在大直径套管井中成功运转；（４）下入地面单层套管口袋井中，可对低压来水实施无泄漏增压注水。To improve the service life of the electric submersible pump (ESP), an ESP system with guard shield is developed. The suction inlet of the centrifugal pump, motor protector and submersible motor are shielded, therefore the well fluid and injected fluid enter the suction inlet of the centrifugal pump passing through the submersible motor at the lower end of the guard shield. Tests show that, (1)the ESP system can be used in heavy oil wells with low production; (2)the system can operate continuously in the wells with a gas-fluid ratio of 400m3/t when lowered below the production formation; (3)the system can run smoothly in casing wells with large diameter; (4)the system can be used to accomplish boost water injection without leakage.
