摘 要:实验对正常海带用褐藻酸降解菌进行人工感染 ,经培养使其产生烂斑 ,通过组织显微切片进行比较观察 ,发现褐藻酸降解菌首先侵入内皮层 ,然后再逐渐侵入到外皮层、髓部 ,最终导致海带病烂。切片中发现在侵染海带切片内皮层的细胞中 ,有大量储藏颗粒 ,形状为椭圆或圆形。其直径范围在 1.5~ 4 .0 μm之间 ,平均直径为 2 .7μm。该颗粒主要存在内皮层 ,从其产生到消亡的过程分析 ,与褐藻酸降解菌的侵入有关 ,并作为营养起到促进菌增殖的作用。The rot disease occurrence and changes of storage material of tissues in Laminaria japonica were studied by artiticial infection and microscopic observation.The results showed that the alginic acid decomposing bacteria infected endodermis first,then infected cortex and pith.A lot of storage materials were accumulated in endodermic cells of infected Laminaria japonica compared with control group;the diameter of storage particle was from 1 5 μm to 4 0 μm,the average diameter was 2 7 μm. it was possible that the infection of alginic acid decomposing bacteria caused the accumulation of storage material,while this storage material provided better nurishment for alginic acid decomposing bacteria and speeded its reproduction.
