受迫地域及其耕地的特征

摘　　要：受迫地域主要是指大中城市的郊区及交通干线两侧耕地易被占用的区域。受迫地域的耕地具有适应性广、污染严重、地理位置的特殊性、耕地流转速度快且流转过程具有不可逆性和耕地占用的非市场性等特征。The suffered area is referred to outskirts of big and medium-sized cities and both sides of main lines of communication where farmland is liable to be occupied.The characteristics of farmland in the suffered area concludes wide adaptability,heavy pollution,special geographical situation,fast circulation speed,irreversible and non-marketing feature.
