超滤技术处理乳化油废水的影响因素分析

摘　　要：采用超滤工艺处理乳化油废水 ,选用了聚乙烯乙二醇超滤膜(PEG)和卷式膜组件。在不同的实验条件下处理乳化油废水。对超滤膜透水率的不同影响因素进行了实验分析 。Ultra-filtraton process is used to treat oil/water emulsions,Polyethylene glycol(PEG)and coiled membrane module is chosen.The experimental analysis on the different influence factors of membrane module is chosen.The experimental analysisi on the different influence factors of membrane-penetrability under different situation during the process is carried on.The results are summarized that ultra-filtration treatment is an effective process to treat oil/water emulsions.
