低中压锅炉用焊接钢管的检测及其对技术条件的探讨

摘　　要：结合对某厂低中压锅炉焊接钢管的检测结果,对焊接钢管的技术条件进行分析和探讨,提出按GB3087为依据制定的焊管企标来考核焊接钢管质量是不充分的。经检测认为,原材料钢带的质量影响焊接钢管的质量及其焊接特性。It analyzed and discussed the technical condition of welded steel tubes according to tested results of welded steel tubes from some manufacturers and pointed out it is insufficient to examine the quality by QB of welded steel tubes which formulated according to GB 3087. After testing,it was thought that the quality of steel belt as raw material of tubes effects quality of welded steel tube and weld feature.
