几种精油对瓜绢野螟拒食作用的研究

摘　　要：选择松节油 ,柠檬桉油和胜红蓟素 3种精油 ,研究其对瓜绢野螟 2龄幼虫的拒食活性 ,并对这 3种精油的残效进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,3种精油在 10 0 0mg/kg浓度下对瓜绢野螟 2龄幼虫具有较强的拒食活性 ,2 4h选择性拒食率为 :松节油 6 1 79%、柠檬桉油 6 6 5 8%、胜红蓟素 86 39% ;2 4h非选择性拒食率相对下降 ,分别为 :松节油 37 30 %、柠檬桉油 41 76 %、胜红蓟素 75 0 3%。由于松节油和柠檬桉油的挥发性较强 ,残效期约 1d ,而胜红蓟素的残效期较长。The anti-feeding actions of three essential oils, i.e. turpentine oil, citriodore oil and agezatochzomene, against the 2nd instar larvae of Diaphania indica were studied. The residual efficacy of the oils was studied. The choice test results showed that the anti-feeding activities of these oils against the 2nd instar larvae were very strong with concentration of 1 000 mg/kg and the anti-feeding rates of 24 h were 61.78%, 66.58% and 86.39%, respectively. In non-choice tests, the rates were decreased as 37.70%, 42.76% and 75.03%, respectively. The residual duration of turpentine oil and citriodore oil were about one day owing to their strong volatility, and the residual duration of the agezatochzomene was the longest.
