摘  要:目的 用火焰原子光谱法快速测定螺旋藻中微量元素。方法 用 5 0 %硝酸溶液加热至沸溶解样品 ,再加入乳化剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚 (OP)溶液乳化不溶的油脂而制成浮浊液 ,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铁、镁 ,以火焰原子发射光谱法测定钙、钾。结果 工作曲线法的测定结果与消化法一致 ,相对误差小于± 2 .7% ,t检验表明本方法与消化法之间无显著性差异。结论 在火焰原子光谱法中 ,以乳浊液进样法测定螺旋藻样品可行的。方法简便、快速。OBJECTIVE: To rapidly determine the concentrations of the trace elements in spirulina by flame atomic spectrometry. METHODS: The boiling sample was dissolved in 50% nitric acid and a homogeneous emulsion was gained by adding emulsifier OP (i.e octyl polyethylene glycol phenyl ether) in order to emulsify non-soluble fat. FAAS was used to determine iron and magnesium, and FAES was used to determine calcium and potassium. RESULTS: The results of the working curve method were consistent with those obtained by digestion method. The relative error between them was less than ± 2.7%. The t-test showed that no difference was found between the two method. CONCLUSION: It is possible to determine the sample of spirulina by emulsion sampling method. This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
