78例隐睾症超声诊断与手术结果对照分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨如何提高隐睾症的超声诊断准确率。方法 :78例隐睾症患者 ,检查前适当充盈膀胱 ,必须进行扪诊检查 ,并采用低频与高频、超声探头联合应用。结果 :78例中 ,双侧隐睾 1 7例 ,共 95个隐睾 ,超声诊断与手术结果对照 ,诊断符合率85 3 % ( 81 / 95)未检出率 1 4 7% ( 1 4/ 95)。结论 :超声诊断是隐睾症首选的影像检查方法 ,联合使用低频高频探头及彩超检查 ,可提高诊断率。Objective:To go further into how to increase the percentage of finding out cryptorchism by ultrasonography.Methods:78 cases of eryptorchism were examined by ultrasonography,aging from 1.5 to 42 years old,the average age was 10.6 years.They were all palpated.We use the hight and low freqency phobe.Results:There were 95 Cryptorchismes altogether.Compared with operation nesults,81 cryptorchismes were checked out by ultra sonogzaphy,taking up 85.3% of the total.There were 14 cryptorchismes which were not checked out,taking up 14.7% of the total.Conclusions:The ultrasonic diagnosis is the first choice for the cryptorchism Diaghosdic accordance rate can be promoted by using height and low freqency probe and CDFI.
