薄层-紫外法测定再生人胶囊中Vit.B_1的含量

摘　　要：供试品用水超声提取定容 ,点样于硅胶 GF2 54 板上 ,以三乙胺 -甲醇 -甲酸 -10 %磷酸钠 TS( 4 .5∶ 6 6 .5∶ 6 .5∶ 2 2 .5 )为展开剂展开 ,刮下UV2 54 斑点并加 0 .1mol.L- 1 HCl TS5 .0 ml洗脱 ,离心后取上清液于 2 44nm波长处测定吸收度。结果本方法的平均回收率为 98.2 % ,RSD为3.2 4%。说明该方法灵敏 ,准确 ,专属性强 ,重现性好 ,可用于本品中 Vit.B1A method for the determination of Vitamin B 1 in Zai Sheng Ren capsule by TLC UV detecting was established.The sample solution was obtained with water by μl trasonic extracting,then was applied on a silica gel GF 254 plate and was developed with Trlethylamine:Formic:Methanol:10% Sodium Phosphate TS(4.5∶66.5∶6.5∶22.5).The spot detected under UV 254 was taken and withdrawed with5.0mL 0.1mol.L -1 HCL TS.The absorbing value of the upper solution after being centred was detected by UV with 244nm.The average recovery was 98.2%and the RSD was 3.24%.The results showed that the method is sensitive,specific,and reproducible.
