药用明胶微生物限度检查供试液制备方法的探讨

摘　　要：选择药用明胶合理的供试液制备方法 ,提高检出率。按中国药典 (水浴加温法 )及冷膨胀法。结果 :药典法检出率低为 73.5 %和 6 5 .5 % ,冷脚胀法检出率高为 81.5 %和 84.5 %。说明冷膨胀法简便 。Two methods, China phormacopeia (water beth intensify) and Cold expand, Were used to prepare officiual gelatin probational liquid. The results shoued that detectable rate is 73 5% and 65 5%,by the method of phqrmacopeia 81 5% and 84 5%.by methcd of cold expand. The method of cold exapand is handy,detectable rate is high.
