中药大腹皮提取液促进胃动力的机制探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨大腹皮的促胃动力机制。方法 48只Wistar大鼠随机分为大腹皮组及对照组，分别给大鼠灌服大腹皮水提液或蒸馏水1h、6h、12h后，以葡聚糖蓝-2000为胃肠内标记物观察大鼠胃动力的变化，放射免疫分析法测定血浆、胃窦组织中胃 动素(MTL)、P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)的含量变化。结果 灌服大腹 皮水提液1h、6h 后，大鼠胃动力显著增强，血浆、胃窦组织中MTL、SP的含量明显增加，VIP的含量显著下降 ，MTL、SP的含量增加及VIP的含量下降均以灌服大腹皮煎液1h后显著(P＜0.01)，6h后有减弱趋势(P＜0.05)；灌服大腹皮12h后大鼠胃动力及MTL、SP、VIP的含量均无明显变化。结 论 大腹皮的促胃动力作用可能与血及胃肠道MTL、SP的含量增加及VIP的含量下降有关。OBJECTIVE To study the prokinetic mechanisms of pericarpium arecae. METHODS All 48 Wistar rats were randomly divided into pericarpium arecae group and control group. They were given pericarpium arecae decoction or distilled water. After 1, 6 and 12 hours respectively, the gastric emptying changes of rats were assayed by Dextran blue-2000 being as a indicator;contents of motilin(MTL), substance P (SP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in plasma, antrum tissue were detected with radioimmunoassay. RESULTS At 1 and 6 hours af ter pericarpium arecae decoction was given, the gastric emptying of rats was markedly enhanced (P＜0.01orP＜0.05)and the contents of MTL, SP increased signifi cantly (P＜0.01orP＜0.05), the contents of VIP decreased significantly(P＜0.01orP＜0.05)in plasma and antrum tissue, the above changes were more obvious at 1 hour than at 6 hour's. The gastric emptying and the contents of MTL, SP and VIP in plasma and antrum tissue of rats hadn′t markedly changes at 12 hours after pericarpium arecae decoction was given. CONCLUSION The gastric emptying promoting effects of pericarpium arecae may be corelated to the increased contents of MTL, SP and the decreased contents of VIP in plasma and antrum tissue.
