高龄患者肾移植的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨高龄患者肾移植的临床效果。　方法　对 5 5例年龄大于 5 0岁肾移植患者及同期95例年龄小于 35岁肾移植患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析并进行比较。　结果　高龄组肾移植 1、3年人 /肾存活率 (85 .5 % / 81.7%和 76 .4 % / 72 .7% )与青年组无显著差异 ,高龄组心、脑血管疾病发生率高于青年组 ,而急性排斥发生率少于青年组。　结论　针对高龄患者的特点 ,积极预防心、脑血管并发症的发生 。Objective To study the clinical effects of renal transplantation in older patients. Methods The clinical course of 55 kidney transplant recipients with 50 years old or older were reviewed.These patients were compared with 95 patients under the age of 35 transplanted during the same time. Results In patients 50 years old or older,patient survival at one and three years was 85.5% and 76.4%,and graft survival at one and three years was 81.7% and 72.7%,respectively.No significant difference was found in the patient/graft survival rate between the two groups in 1?3 years after renal transplantation.In the older group,the incidence of complication in cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease were more than in the younger group.The acute rejection in older patients was less than in younger patients. Conclusion In accordance with the older patient's characteristics,preventing complication of cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular diseas,satisfactory results could be obtained in older renal transplant recipients.
