周围神经损伤的急诊修复与二期修复时机的选择

摘　　要：目的 探讨如何根据不同损伤性质的周围神经选择不同的修复时机。 方法 根据不同损伤性质对468例513条周围神经损伤应用显微外科技术选择一期修复和二期修复；对周围神经损伤在不同修复时机的疗效及重要性进行评价、对比分析。 结果 锐器伤急诊一期修复优良率达89．3％，锐器伤、嵌压伤、急性神经受压急诊修复疗效明显优于3～6周内的早二期修复及二期修复，撕裂伤、火器伤、电击伤、严重挤压伤二期修复疗效明显优于一期修复。 结论 对周围神经损伤修复，选择一期复还是二期修复应根据不同神经损伤性质来决定。Objectire To investigate how according the peripheral nerve of various injuries kind choose the time of various repair and the relationship of curative effect． Methods From Fet 1985 to Apr 1997according various injuries kindapplication microsurgery to choose repair primary or secondary in 468 cases 513 peripheral nerve injuries．To evaluate and contract analise the effect and importance that the peipheral nerve injuries in the time various repair． Results The excellent and good rate of emergency primary repair of the nerve out off sharp injuries was 89．3％the sharpcompressionacut nerve squeeze injurieseffect of emergency repair more than early secondary in 3～6 weed and secondry repair． The teargunpowderelectric strikesevere entrapment injurieseffect of secondary repair more than primary． Conclusions The peripheral nerve injuries that choose Primary repair or secondary must according various kind injuries of nerve．
