坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果。 方法 用坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎76例，疗程6个月，治疗前后分别测定最大尿流率（MFR）。 结果 治愈61例（80．26％），9例（11．84％）症状明显改善，无效6例（7．89％）；平均最大尿流率由12．7ml／s±3．1ml／s上升为17．6ml／s±2．9ml／sP＜0．01）。 结论 坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎安全有效。Objective To Observe the therapeutic effects of Tamsulosin on the treatment of chronic prostatitis． Methods 76 cases were treated with Tamsulosin for six months MFR were measured before and after treatment． Results 61 cases80．26％ were curedthe symptoms of 9 cases11．84％were improved and 6 cases7．89％had no obvious effectsthe average MFR was increased from 12．7ml／s±3．1ml／s to 17．6ml／s±2．9ml／sP＜0．01． Conclusions Tamsulosin is safe and effective for the treatment of chronic prostatitis．
