摘  要:目的 建立氨茶碱膜剂中氨茶碱体外经皮渗透试验方法 ,考察促进剂对氨茶碱经皮渗透的影响并探讨膜剂控释规律。方法 以双室渗透扩散装置进行体外渗透试验 ,筛选促进剂。结果 膜剂中氨茶碱以零级动力学透过皮肤。在几种典型的促进剂中 ,对氨茶碱的促进作用依次为 :月桂氮酮、油酸、丙二醇 ;膜剂中氨茶碱的渗透速率与聚合物线速膜厚度的倒数成良好线性关系。结论 氨茶碱膜剂属膜控型给药系统 ,选择 5 %的月桂氮酮时 ,促进作用最好。OBJECTIVE: To develop a permeation measurement of aminophylline from its TTS through rat skin in vitro, and study the effects of enhancers on the permeation rate of aminophylline and the controlled release of aminophylline-TTS. METHOD: The aminophylline permeation through rat skin in vitro was performed in a two-compartment diffusion cell to select enhancer. RESULTS: The permeation of aminophylline through rat skin followed zero-order kinetic. The effect of enhancer was as follows: Azone > oleic acid > 1,2-propylene glycol. The permeation rate of aminophylline was proportional to the reciprocal of the membrane thickness. CONCLUSION: 5% Azone was the most effective enhancer in aminophylline-TTS and the system belongs to transdermal drug delivery system controlled by membrane permeation.
