摘　　要：钛合金单面螺纹抽钉的内螺纹加工一直是个难题，丝锥经常扭断。这里在分析了紧固件热攻丝机理的基础上，对热攻丝新工艺进行了初步的试验研究，得出热攻丝可降低切削力和提高螺纹精度。Tapping of internal thread of titanium alloy single - side threaded self - plugging rivet is one of the most difficult workign in metal cutting. The tap is often damaged. on the basis analysis of hot tapping mechanism of fasteners, the experiment of hot tapping is studied. The characteristic of the cutting force of hot tapping is aLso analyzed in this paper and the thread accuracy can be improved by. hot tapping.
