摘　　要：当前我国在利用日资方面存在以下问题 :日本对华投资与其对华贸易规模不相称 ;亚洲金融危机之后 ,日本企业对外直接投资更加谨慎 ;中国将与东南亚国家为争取日资而展开激烈的竞争 ;日本对华直接投资的产业结构和地区结构不合理。针对这些问题 ,我国应采取以下对策 :一是要加大吸引日资的力度 ;二是要大力改善投资环境 ;三是要对日资加强产业投资导向 ;四是要引导日资投向我国中西部地区。Problems exist in using Japan's investment: the scales of Japan's FDI to China does not match that of Japan's trading with China; after Asian financial crisis, Japan's enterprises are more cautious of oversea direct investment; China and Southeast Asia have intense competition for Japan's investment; industrial and regional structure of China's FDI from Japan is nor reasonable. According to these problems, the paper puts forward some countermeasures: first, attracting Japan's FDI to China actively; second, amending investment environment; third, enhancing the guide of Japan's FDI industrial direction; fourth, guiding Japan's FDI to Midwest China.
