摘 要:对滴流床反应器内的液体分布进行了系统研究,结果表明,要实现均匀的 液体分布应注意:①催化剂装填表面要平整,避免凸面或凹面;②液体的预分布致关重要, 均 匀进料优于点源进料;③为避免壁效应,床层直径与催化剂直径之比应大于20;④要有足够 量的液体其分布才可能均匀,液速过低不可能实现均匀分布;⑤对于点源进料和大直径反应 器应特别注意改善液体分布。研究还揭示,降低液体的表面张力可减小壁效应,改善液体分 布;而液体粘度的提高对液体分布无明显影响。The liquid distribution in trickle bed reactor was studied s ystematically.The results showed that to realize an even liquid distribution,fol lowing problems must be solved:(1)Keep the loaded catalyst surface flatening to avoid both convex and concave surface.(2)Pre distribution of liquid is extremel y important and uniform feeding is preferred to point feeding.(3)To avoid the wa ll effect,the ratio of bed diameter/catalyst diameter must be greater than 20.(4 )To guarantee uniform liquid distribution,enough liquid is necessary.(5)For poin t feeding and reactors with great diameters improving liquid distribution become s particularly important.The results also indicated that lower the surface tensi on of liquid can eliminate the wall effect and can improve liquid distribution.B ut the increase of liquid viscosity has no evident influence on liquid distribut ion.
