摘　　要：采用Aspen Plus稳态流程模拟软件，对采用第三代分子筛气相烷基化制乙 苯的某乙苯装置全流程进行了模拟计算。模拟所选用的RKASPEN物性集能准确地预测各操 作点的汽液平衡和计算流体物性，确定的断裂流股、流股收敛方法及模拟计算顺序能使模拟 快速收敛。将全流程模拟计算结果与原始设计数据比较，结果令人满意。所开发的二次模拟 软件可用于乙苯装置的生产调优、扩能改造和新装置的工艺设计。Simulation calculations for ethylbenzene units with the thir d generation molecular sieve gas phase alkylation were carried out by using ASPE N PLUS soft ware.The RK ASPEN properties collection used in this simulation can predict vap or liquid equilibrium and properties of streams accurately.Simulation can converge quickly by selecting proper tearing streams,convergence methods an d sequence.The developed second simulation software can be used in operation opt imization and escalation of ethylbenzene units or process design of new units.
