示波极谱法在水砷和尿砷测定中的应用

摘　　要：目的　测定水、尿中的砷含量。方法　示波极谱法。结果　砷含量在 0～ 0 .5 μg/ 5 m l范围内线性关系良好 (r >0 .999) ,最低检出限为 2 .0 ng/ ml,样品的平行精度 RSD<10 % ,样品的加标回收率为 89.0 %～10 3.4% ,平均回收率为 95 .9%。结论　示波极谱测定水、尿中砷的方法操作简便、灵敏 ,准确度高 ,选择性好 ,毒性小 。Objective To detect the content of arsenic in drinking water and urine.Methods Polarography was used.Results The correlation coefficient is not less than 0.999 when the arsenic contents are between 0 and 0.5 μg/5ml.The lowest test concentration is 2.0 ng/ml.The relative standard deviation of samples is less than 10%.The recoveries of the samples adding the standard material range from 89.0% to 103.4%,and the average recovery is 95.9%.Conclusions The method is sensitive,accurate,simple,stable,and easy to popularize.
