云南元江县居民使用蚊帐的防疟作用及其与疟疾知识的关系

摘　　要：目的　了解元江县居民蚊帐使用 ,防疟作用及与疟疾知识的关系。方法　家庭寻访 ,血清学实验和单因素统计分析。结果　共调查 175 6人 ,平均蚊帐使用率 6 4.4% ,但正确使用率仅为 2 8.8% ;与不使用蚊帐相比 ,RR(risk ratio)值是 0 .75 % (95 % CL:0 .6 8～ 0 .82 ) ,其中山区和半山区生产人员和坝区居民使用蚊帐的 RR值分别为 0 .5 7(95 % CL:0 .44～ 0 .74)和 0 .6 0 (95 % CL:0 .49～ 0 .75 ) ;仅 6 .5 %的调查人群防疟知识评定为好 ,而防疟知识为较好对象的蚊帐使用率和正确使用率显著高于中、差者 (P =0 .0 1)。结论　元江县居民有较高的蚊帐拥有数和使用率 ,并有一定的防疟作用 ,但正确使用率和防疟知识差 ,有待通过卫生宣教 。Objective To check the bednet use situation,the role in malaria prevention and relation to resident's malaria knowledge.Methods The subjects were interviewed through house by house visit,meanwhile,the serological samples were collected from every subject and then detected in lab.The single factor analysis was used to deal with the data.Results Total 1 756 subjects were investigated.The mean bednet use rate was 64.4%,however,the corrective use rate was only 28.8%.Comparison with those without bednest,RR(risk ratio) was 0.75%(95%CL:0.68~0.82),futhermore,0.57(95%CL:0.49~0.75) and 0.60(95%CL:0.49~0.75) were respectively for mobile population of seasonally farming at foothill from hill and half hill,and residents at foothill.Only 6.5% of subjects have good malaria knowledge.The bednet use rate and corrective use rate of subjects were higher than those with poor knowledge (P=0.01).Conclusions The number and use rate of bednets are not too bad in Yuanjiang county, and the bednets are playing certain role in malaria prevention.However the corrective use rate and poor residents malaria knowledge indicated that health education is necessary to promote corrective bednet use and insecticide treatment of bednets.
