心脏大血管搏动对食管静息压的影响

摘　　要：作者在对正常成年人(30例)进行食管运动压力测定时注意到食管静息压受心脏和大血管搏动的影响(16例),带有心脏大血管搏动波形的压力曲线,其值均明显高于邻近部位的压力。此种压力的差别系由心脏、主动脉搏动的压力传递所致。<ABSTRACT> On the basis of manometric studies of esophageal motility on normal subjects the authors noted that there were effect of the cardiac and aortic pulsation on esophageal resting pressure. The tracings with tooth-like curve obtained at cardiac and aortic level had a grossly higher values (6.62±3.49 mmHg and 9.6±2.55 mmHg respectively) compared with those of the nearby sites (0.20±1.77 mmHg and 0.04±1.96 mmHg respectively). These variations in pressure are caused by conduction of the cardiac and aortic pulsation.
